There are Resorts in Malapascua Island that offers Kalanggaman Island Tour.
Some resort offers P3,500.00 for a medium boat. But there are boats in the island that offers a lot cheaper price. Haggle!
Here is a suggested Itinerary on Malapascua Island to Kalanggaman Island
Important: Make sure that your boat has a PERMIT in docking Kalanggaman Island or you wont be able to dock on the island. You can ask the resort/boatmen if they are allowed.

Day 1: Off to Kalanggaman Island from Malapascua Island
8:30am ETD Kalanggaman Island
- Sit back and relax.
- Get your cameras ready as sometimes, there are dolphins present while on route to Kalanggaman Island.
- Electronic gadgets may be placed in dry bags / plastic bags while on the boat due to occasional splashes.
11:00am ETA Kalanggaman Island
- Crew from Kalanggaman Island will approach you upon arrival. They will then find you a cottage.

- Chairs / Tables
- What to do in Kalanggaman Island?
- Snorkeling
- Check out the other side of the island as there are colorful corals & tropical fishes around.
- Hike around the island.
- Biking (Available at Jeter Resort).
- Banana Boat (Available at Jeter Resort).
- Jetski (Available at Jeter Resort).
- Kayak (Available at Jeter Resort).
- Stand-up paddling (Available at Jeter Resort).
- Scuba Diving (You may ask Palompon Eco-Tourism Office for Inquiry).
- Picture taking.
12:00pm Lunch (Note: there are sometimes bbq's and other food sold in the island but it is better if you bring your own food as there might be none when you get there.

3:30pm Getting ready to head back.
5:30pm Malapascua Island
Note:
- NO electricity in Kalanggaman Island.
- NO drinkable water in the island (only seawater).
- Ask your pumpboat operators for fresh water.
- Toilets are available around the Island.
- There are grills in the island (you may bring your own charcoals).
- No Littering. Practice a Leave No Trace Principle. What you bring in the island, you bring it back!
